The SWAT Kats Encyclopedia project was started in 1999 for fans of the show to get quick information about the series. The Encyclopedia contains information on the entire SWAT Kat Universe. Everything from major characters to minor items are available for reference.

What is SWAT Kats?

In 1993 Hanna-Barbera released an animated series with comic book style visuals and anthropomorphic characters. This program was SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron, and it was based on characters created by Christian and Yvon Tremblay. Despite early cancellation in its second season, the series was a relative hit with viewers.

Originally created by Viper to help him steal Katalyst 100, the ravenous mushroom-kat remained by his side during his shaky alliance with Dark Kat and the Metallikats.
